Perfect Weekend have been organising Ladies’ Festival Weekends now for 15 years and during that time have worked closely with Festival Secretaries and Presidents to ensure the weekends run smoothly and within budget.

 

Here at Perfect Weekend we aim to ensure that each and every event is organised with perfection and a personal touch. We only use personally selected hotels where we can ensure the best service. We are able to offer you a personal event co-ordinator who will oversee the entire programme.

Researching and booking the venue, arranging the accommodation, invitations, flowers, ladies’ gifts, menu and place cards, seating plans, complete photographic package and any other services that you may require.

Perfect Weekend also offer the best in entertainment ensuring dinner pianists, discos and live acts are of the highest quality, guaranteeing a weekend to remember.

We aim to relieve the often overworked Festival Secretaries and Masters from the burden of arranging all of the event management. Once the weekend has been agreed the President and his Lady along with the Festival Secretary and his Lady are invited for a complimentary stay at the chosen hotel (Sunday-Thursday nights only) to finalise the arrangements for the forthcoming weekend with the events coordinator.
