Here at Perfect Weekend we aim to ensure that each and every event is organised with perfection and with a personal touch. We only use personally selected hotels where we can ensure the best service. We are able to offer you a personal event co-ordinator who will oversee the entire programme. Booking the venues, arranging the accomodation, transportation, invitations, flowers, ladies gifts, complete photographic package and any other extras that you should require.

Perfect Weekend also offer the best in entertainment ensuring dinner pianists, disco's and live acts are of the highest quality, guaranteeing a weekend to remember.

We aim to relieve the often overworked Festival Secretaries and Masters from the burden of arranging all of the event management. Once the weekend has been agreed the President and his Lady along with the Festival Secretary and his Lady are invited to the hotel (week days only) to finalise arrangements for the forthcoming weekend. This visit includes a complimentary overnight stay included at your choosen hotel. We pride ourselves in producing the highest quality weekends for Lodges of all sizes.
