We aim to relieve the often overworked Festival Secretaries and Masters from the burden of arranging all of the event management. Once the weekend has been agreed the President and his Lady along with the Festival Secretary and his Lady are invited to the hotel (week days only) to finalise arrangements for the forthcoming weekend. This visit includes a complimentary overnight stay included at the hotel of your choice. We pride ourselves in producing the highest quality weekends for Lodges of all sizes.
